Perceptions of Iraqi EFL Learners towards Non-native English Instructors at the Department of English of Komar University

This study investigates the Iraqi learners’ perceptions of non-native English-speaking teachers (NNESTs) at Komar University, Iraq and explores extent to which NNESTs can be differentiated in terms teaching different skills their English language knowledge. A quantitative questionnaire focusing on effectiveness target culture, easing learning process, own proficiency, techniques was adopted from Ürkmez (2015) collect data study. total 37 responses were collected among students University through Google Forms software. The subsequently analyzed using tables understand a better way. findings this reveal that studying have positive attitude toward University. Indeed, even show preference for particular skills.
